3. Take the Credit Counseling Course- this is mandated by the federal bankruptcy code

4. Review the Petition that is SOLELY based on the questionaire and review the Creditor List obtained by yourself and RBS, LLC

5. Print, Sign and File your Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Petition
